It is possible to obtain it by a remote support system. The remote support allows you to speak with a coach, the coach can access your computer, set and test the correct configurations and/or see where you are encountering difficulties, and finally guide you to solve your problem. To obtain assistance, move through the following steps:
- 1 - Remote assistance software Download. Click on the link to download the program: https://www.dwservice.net/en/download.html
- 2 - Run software. After download, run dwagent.
- 3 - Software configuration. In the first window, click on "Accetto - Esegui senza installare"
- 4 - Login data: Save the "Utente" (user) and "Password" field, as in the form below.
- 5 - Starting web recall to request support. Communicate to operator your "Utente" and "Password" codes.
