It is possible to obtain it by a remote support system. The remote support allows you to speak with a coach, the coach can access your computer, set and test the correct configurations and/or see where you are encountering difficulties, and finally guide you to solve your problem. To obtain assistance, move through the following steps:

Run dwagent


  • 3 - Software configuration. In the first window, click on "Accetto - Esegui senza installare"
